Registration Process (Grades UPK-12)

A parent or guardian residing in the North Rose-Wolcott district must fill out the paperwork and submit it in person to the Registrar, along with a copy of the following required documents:

  • The student's birth certificate
  • Proof of residency (see below form for examples of acceptable documents)
  • Annual physical records from within the past year
  • Custody paperwork or any other court papers signed by a judge

Current UPK Students: Students who currently attend 3PK or 4PK in the district do not need to fill out a new registration packet to attend the next grade level in the fall. Letters will be mailed home over the summer along with required registration forms.

UPK and Kindergarten registration packets for the 2026-2027 school year must be returned by Friday, March 27, 2026 to be included in the April 6 lottery. All spaces unfilled after the lottery will be first-come, first-serve.
