Registration Process (Grades UPK-12)
A parent or guardian residing in the North Rose-Wolcott district must fill out the paperwork and submit it in person to the Registrar, along with a copy of the following required documents:
- The student's birth certificate
- Proof of residency (see below form for examples of acceptable documents)
- Annual physical records from within the past year
- Custody paperwork or any other court papers signed by a judge
Current UPK Students: Students who currently attend 3PK or 4PK in the district do not need to fill out a new registration packet to attend the next grade level in the fall. Letters will be mailed home over the summer along with required registration forms.
UPK and Kindergarten registration for the 2026-27 school year will open soon! Information on our upcoming UPK/K Information Night can be found on our website. To register your child for the 2026-27 school year, please use the 2026-27 forms below.
