The North Rose-Wolcott Central School District will soon begin embarking on a strategic planning process that will provide a framework for how to best serve students and the community over the next several years.
Through the strategic planning process, district representatives will outline North Rose-Wolcott’s vision, mission, core beliefs, guiding principles, and strategic goals to provide the blueprint for the academic years to come. This process is only possible through the participation of various stakeholders and the voices of as many members of our NRW community as possible.
The district is seeking community members to join its Strategic Action Planning (SAP) Committee. This group will meet in March to develop the newest version of the district’s strategic action plan. Further meetings may be scheduled after the March meeting if needed.
To apply to join the SAP committee, please visit www.tinyurl.com/NRWStrategicPlan or call Tina St. John at (315) 594-3141. The district will accept applications through January 29.
The district will also release a community survey in February that will give all stakeholders the opportunity to contribute their voices to the SAP process. Stay tuned to the district website, social media and local media outlets for more information on how to participate.
