Free Summer Meal Delivery Information

This summer, we are pleased to offer families in the North Rose-Wolcott Central School District the opportunity to receive free summer meal boxes delivered directly to your home through the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). This program is funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and administered by the New York State Education Department (NYSED).

Each meal box includes a variety of nutritious, kid-friendly foods designed to support your child’s needs throughout the summer. This service is part of a rural non-congregate option making it easier for families to access summer meals without needing to travel to a meal site.

Program Highlights:

  • No cost to families

  • Convenient home delivery

  • Weekly meal boxes with multiple days of meals included

  • Open to all children ages 18 and under residing in the NRW school district (or individuals with disabilities up to age 21 who participate in a school program)

Participation is simple – just complete a quick registration form to confirm your delivery information. Please fill out one form per participating child. Additional program details, including delivery schedules and meal box contents, will be provided upon enrollment.

We are proud to offer this service to support families and help keep children nourished during the summer and ready for the upcoming school year.
