Stopfinder

The North Rose-Wolcott Central School District uses Stopfinder, an app that allows parents and guardians to receive real-time updates on their students’ bus schedules and routes to and from school.

Students can scan their ID badges upon boarding and exiting the bus, streamlining our bus attendance procedures and allowing you to know when your child has safely gotten to school and home.

Stopfinder can be accessed through an iPhone or Android app or via a web browser. Once you have created an account, you can view your child’s bus schedule and set up alerts in the app.

 

 

With Stopfinder, users can:

  • See in real time where your child’s bus is and your child’s ETA
  • Receive notifications related to your child’s bus schedule, including updates when your child boards the bus and when the bus arrives at school or at home
  • Track bus routes for multiple students
  • Share bus schedules with family members, friends, or daycare providers
  • Send and receive non-urgent messages to and from the Transportation Department

Need to create a Stopfinder account? Contact the NRW Transportation Department at (315) 587-2905 to have an invitation link emailed to you. Please make sure your email in Schooltool is up to date, as that is the email to which you will receive the invitation link.
