Use of Facilities Guidelines
- You will be required to submit your use of facilities request at least 14 days in advance.
- You must give five days notice to cancel an event.
- You will not be allowed to submit a request that is further than 120 days in the future.
- Community members must upload proof of insurance to their account profile.

Step 1: Register for an Account (First-time Users Only) All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create an ML Schedules user account. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful, you will receive an email confirmation.
Step 2: Login and Submit Facilities Use Request
Once your account is created, you can start making facility use requests using ML Schedules. The ML Schedules video will further explain the request process.
