School Tax Information

The North Rose-Wolcott Central School District mails all school tax bills at the end of August.

Acceptable forms of payment include checks, money orders, and cash. Please make checks payable to the North Rose- Wolcott CSD c/o Lyons National Bank. You may also write checks out to "NRW CSD c/o LNB."

Please note that tax bills must be paid in full. No partial payments will be accepted. No credit card, online, or over-the-phone payments will be accepted at any time.

School taxes are payable without penalty from September 1-September 30, 2026.

 

For taxes unpaid after September 30, 2026:

For school taxes remaining unpaid after September 30, 2026, or with a postmark date after September 30, 2026, a 2% penalty will be added effective October 1, 2026, to November 2, 2026. Per NYS Real Property Tax Law, the district cannot accept any payments postmarked after November 2. At that time, unpaid taxes are sent to the County Treasurer’s Office with additional penalties. Taxes and penalties will be re-levied onto the Town and County tax bills in January.
