The educational community of the North Rose-Wolcott Central School District and North Rose-Wolcott Elementary School believes that our students will learn and achieve at or above commencement level and have the tools necessary to fulfill their own personal goals and dreams. It is the goal of this school district to provide a thorough education for all students, regardless of background or ability, to provide a variety of experiences that meet the needs and interests of students and to allow each child to progress to the maximum of his or her abilities.
