Create an account on the TEACH website.
Notify the district office when you have been issued a new Professional Certificate of any kind.
Document PD hours beginning July 1 after your Professional Certification has been issued. Rule of thumb: you must be involved in a learning experience in order for the experience to count for PD hours (e.g., chaperoning a concert is not PD.)
It is your responsibility to keep track of this information. Use the form below for this purpose.
Submit your hours to the district office twice a year (once by December 31 and again by June 30. Be sure to keep a copy for you records. Please do not enter the information onto the TEACH site yourself as once they are on the site, they cannot be edited.
Your hours will be reviewed for approval and entered onto the TEACH site for you. July 1 through December 31 hours will be entered in January and January 1 through June 30 hours will be entered in July.
