About Our District
The North Rose-Wolcott Central School District is located in Central New York, on the south shore of Lake Ontario. The school district covers 162 square miles. North Rose and Wolcott are both rural, agricultural communities with a diverse population. Many residents also commute for work to the Rochester and Syracuse regions.
North Rose-Wolcott Central Schools enroll approximately 1,200 students. Students in grades pre-K through fourth attend NRW Elementary School. Leavenworth Middle School serves students in grades five through eight. Students in grades nine through 12 attend the NRW High School.
