Ms. Emily Darrow - School Psychologist - NRE

I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Stony Brook University and my Master’s degree in School Psychology from SUNY Oswego. I grew up in the Phelps/Geneva area and now live in Auburn with my 2 dogs. I enjoy walking my dogs, playing tennis, being outdoors, cooking, reading traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Mrs. Rebecca Kandt - School Psychologist - MS

I hold a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in School Psychology from SUNY Oswego. This is my fourth year here at NR-W. As part of my job, I see students for counseling, run therapeutic groups, and evaluate students.  I live in Oswego with my husband and our daughter.

Mrs. Rebecca Magin - School Psychologist - FHE

I have been a school psychologist in the district since 1984. My two children graduated from NR-W and went on to complete 4-year college degrees. My husband, Edward, and I enjoy sailing our Hobie Cat, hiking, and camping. Helping children achieve happiness and success is my goal as an educator.
