Introduction

Welcome to NR-W’s Counseling site! We in the Counseling Office are so excited about the creation of our new and improved site! The Counseling Office staff are committed to helping students in every area of their lives be it socially, academically and career-wise. Within the Counseling site, you will find many resources that will help you and your child through the high school years and into the next chapter of your son or daughter’s life. Browse through the site for ideas and information on everything from college selection to good books to read to get you and your child through the high school years. If after looking at the site, you have any questions or would like to come in and meet with your child’s Counselor or get more information about what you have seen on the site, our secretaries, Lois Sheffield and Mickie LaPlaca would be happy to assist you in scheduling an appointment or furnishing you with forms and other information. Two School Counselors and the School Psychologist are housed in this office and are available from 7:15-3:30 Monday-Friday. The School Counselors are also in school for a couple of days in the summer as well.
